Job Posting Process

    1. Email your job posting to Krystal Sabourin at krystal@ammi.ca
    2. The posting is sent to the Communications Committee Chair for review and approval (usually 1-2 days).
    3. Once approved, the job posting is uploaded to the members-only section of the website. Jobs remain on the site for 3 months unless otherwise indicated (ie. with a job closing date or if we are contacted to inform us that the position has been filled). If, after 3 months, we have not heard from anyone, we will reach out to get an update and re-post if needed.
    4. An email notification of new job postings is sent to members on Wednesdays.

    NATIONAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The National Mentorship Program is a part of the AMMI Canada Continuing Professional Development Committee. The program connects medical microbiology, paediatric ID, adult ID and clinical microbiology trainees with career mentors. Studies have shown residents who have mentors are more successful in procuring employment and further training opportunities post clinical training!

The National Mentorship Program is coordinated by Dr. Allison Mah, Dr. Jennifer Tam & Dr. Michael Payne.

Mentors are listed on this page, below.
