The Department of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University and Hamilton Health Sciences invite applicants for an Academic Physician for the Division of Infectious Diseases. This is a full-time faculty position for a period of three years (renewable) and is in the Clinician Educator stream to promotion and tenure. Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. 

Applicants will have completed specialty training in Internal Medicine and further fellowship training in Infectious Diseases. The successful candidate will provide at least 15 weeks of in-patient infectious diseases consultation, primarily at our Hamilton General Hospital site, and is expected to significantly contribute to the general infectious disease’s outpatient service.
